Building bio pages

What is a bio page?

A bio page (often called a link-in-bio page) is a mobile-friendly page that holds several links. It's the answer for platforms like Instagram or TikTok that only allow one link in your profile.

Creating your first bio page

1. Go to Bio Pages in the sidebar.
2. Click Create Bio Page.
3. Enter a Name for your page and choose a unique Handle (for example https://lox.li/@yourbrand).

Adding links and social icons

Pages are built from sections:

• Link sections hold buttons that point to your website, shop or any other page. Any button can be featured so it stands out, and you can reorder buttons at any time.
• Icon sections hold your profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and GitHub, plus email and a website.

Every button is a short link, so it counts toward your link allowance and its clicks appear in your analytics.

Customizing the design

• Presets: start from Creator, Editorial, Minimal, Bold, Soft or Compact. Picking one sets every option below; fine-tune from there, or reset to the preset.
• Palettes: Ocean, Forest, Sunset, Midnight, Paper or Mono.
• Fonts: three headline fonts and three body fonts.
• Header: Classic, Hero or Split.
• Buttons: Pill, Solid, Outline or Block.
• Density: Dense, Compact, Balanced or Airy. Dense also uses smaller text.
• Images: add a profile photo and a background image.

Preview your page

The editor previews your page on phone, tablet and desktop, so you can check it before you publish.
