Your account security is our priority. Learn how to protect your links and personal data.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
We highly recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your mobile device every time you log in.
- Go to your Settings page.
- Navigate to the "Two-Factor Authentication" section.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or 1Password), or use the manual setup key.
- Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm setup.
- Save your Recovery Codes in a safe place.
Strong Password Practices
Use a unique, complex password for Lox. You can update your password from the Password section in Settings. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites. A strong password should:
- Be at least 12 characters long.
- Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Not contain personal information like your name or birthdate.
Suspected Compromise?
If you believe your account has been compromised, please change your password immediately and contact our support team via our contact page.
